We had a water leak which caused considerable damage. Again John made suggestions to not just fix the problem but to update with needed new flooring, cabinets and countertops. Lastly due to the ongoing water leaks in our old cooper pipes, John suggested we replace all the piping in our unit. A major job however he and his team suggested a cost effective solution which included drywalling, taping and painting for this large project. It looks wonderful. We're so happy we did this knowing our new piping will keep us leak free for a very long time. Everyone we dealt with at Carney Quality Construction has been knowledgeable, reliable, courteous and most of all professional. They were always available to answer our many questions, assist with our insurance, billing was transparent, kept the workplace clean and updated us almost daily on how the project was progressing.
